Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes it is helpful to have a friend with you to encourage and/ support you on your journey.. My training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for.
The classic 1-2-1 training method.. You are the client and I am your trainer. We can jog through the parks together or workout using the machines or equipment in the gym.. In this type of training situation, I don’t see myself as the drill sergeant but as a motivational partner who supports you in your goals. .We want to achieve your goal together, and that is enough motivation for me to work just as hard as you do.
Whether it's a sports themed session or specific sports conditioning programme,I can write a programme and help you achieve your goals. I am happy to work individually or as part of a wider professional team/ environment.the sports I have specialised in are cycling, rugby, football, kickboxing and boxing, body building and power lifting.
